Errata
In the first printing of But I Could Never Go Vegan!, there is a small error in the recipe for Mushroom Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Sunflower Cheddar (page 152). It should call for 2 tablespoons agar agar flakes (rather than 2 teaspoons). Subsequent printings will be corrected.
