Yoko Imai

Yoko Imai attended confectionery school in Osaka before getting a job at the Afternoon Tea House, where she was responsible for product planning and development. Prompted by a friend’s illness, she started the macrobiotic-based cooking class “Roof,” where she teaches students how to make minimally processed meals and sweets.
