Clare Liardet loves to gather her friends and family together to enjoy the simple pleasures of eating and drinking. She has worked in the food world for many years, first cooking in museums, then in one of the first gastropubs in the UK, and, most recently, opening The Talbot Inn in Somerset with her husband.
