You might already have plans to come to the festival in New York this weekend, but if you need more incentive, Vedge‘s own Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby will be doing a demo on Saturday, March 1, at the Pear stage at 12:15. The menu includes Korean Eggplant Tacos and Rutabaga Rarebit. Rich and Kate will sign copies of the book, and a few Experimenters will be there selling books (including Vedge, and other favorites like Never Too Late to Go Vegan, Veggie Burgers Every Which Way, and Forks Over Knives) at the festival all day.

The festival is taking place March 1 and 2, from 11 to 6 both days at the Metropolitan Pavilion at 125 W 18th St. Tickets are available at the door. We hope to see you there!
