Forks Over Knives—The Cookbook Corrections

To all Forks Over Knives—The Cookbook readers,

Thanks in part to astute early readers and users of Forks Over Knives—The Cookbook, we have discovered that the first printing of the book includes a number of errors.

In order to remedy the situation we have re-scrutinized the entire book and compiled an errata sheet, which corrects and clarifies every issue we have identified that might confuse someone making an affected recipe. You can download that errata sheet here or view it below.

We sincerely regret these errors and apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused you. All future reprints will reflect these corrections.

The e-book edition, which also reflects these corrections, will be available for sale on Saturday, August 18 for Kindle, and soon thereafter for Nook, and on Apple’s iBookstore.

Please don’t hesitate to email [email protected] if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Matthew Lore
President and Publisher

How do we know what print version has the typo corrections?

    • The Experiment says:

      Hi Rob,

Only the first print run of the book, in 2012, had the errors. All copies on the market today will be correct. But if you need to check on an old copy, please look at the Polenta with Pears and Cranberries recipes on page 52. If step 1 says to add a “cinnamon stick,” that is unfortunately an erroneous copy.

      Thank you for asking!
