Shonda Moralis, MSW, LCSW, is a psychotherapist in private practice specializing in stress related disorders and mindfulness-based therapy. She writes the Psychology Today blog Breathe, Mama, Breathe and her own blog, where she draws from her experiences as a mother of two.
